Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting Inclusion Support Assistants to work across welcoming Primary Schools. You will provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs, helping to remove barriers to learning and enabling every child to engage with activities and participate in lessons.

The role supports pupils with SEND, SEMH, Autism, ADHD and communication needs, and involves collaboration with teachers and external professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in educational settings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work well in a wider school team.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to pupils with additional learning needs.
• Support pupils one-to-one and in small groups.
• Assist access to learning activities and classroom engagement.
• Promote positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENDCOs and external professionals.
