We have positions available at our Aylesbury and High Wycombe offices.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated educator to join our SEND team with experience in working with Children and Young People (CYP) with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). As an Inclusion Practitioner, you will provide high-quality guidance and modelling to support schools and settings in implementing effective strategies for inclusive practice. You will work alongside staff to support individuals and small groups of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), contributing to the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the impact of additional support and evidence-based approaches to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual with experience working with CYP with a range of SEND. You should have a sound knowledge of evidence-based approaches to support school-age children with SEND.

Our ‘on-the-go’ roles mean you’ll usually start and finish your day from a base, moving around between different locations throughout the day. You won’t need a fixed desk to work from, but you’ll have access to our network where you can keep up to date with admin and the latest staff updates.
