Milton Keynes College is seeking an Inclusion Practitioner to join our Prison Education team at HMP Rochester. You will deliver inspirational learning support to small groups and one-to-one learners, focusing on ALS, Maths and English to boost employability outcomes.

You’ll apply a holistic approach to meet individual needs and work across the prison estate on all wings where education is delivered. The role requires empathy, creativity and a commitment to helping learners succeed in challenging

Milton Keynes College have an exciting opportunity for an Inclusion Practitioner to join our Prison Education team at HMP Rochester. As a successful Inclusion Practitioner, you will provide inspirational learning support to small groups of learners and on a 1:1 basis. This will require a holistic approach to highlight specific learning needs and improving learner skills. Your focus will be on ALS, Maths and English, leading to employability outcomes, with effective target setting to meet individual needs. You will be a passionate, creative and empathetic towards our learners and be able to offer knowledge and guidance to our learners. As an Inclusion Practitioner, you will be working across the whole prison estate, on all wings where education is delivered.
