We are seeking an Inclusion & Participation Lead to join our passionate Education Services Team.

About the Role
  1. Support children and families by managing a caseload of pupils who are permanently excluded or facing bullying.
  2. Provide compassionate pastoral and early help support to help them navigate challenges.
  3. Lead anti-bullying initiatives to promote a safer, more inclusive environment.
  4. Support the Sunderland Youth Council to empower young voices.
