A regional educational institution in Wakefield seeks a passionate Inclusion Manager & SENDCO to lead support for learners with additional needs. You will manage a dedicated team to ensure every student achieves their potential through inclusive teaching and support. Salary: £41,858 to £44,405 pro rata (£20,929 to £22,202 actual salary)
Hours: 18.5 hours per week

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Inclusion Manager & SENDCO to join our additional learning support team within an inclusive FE setting. You will manage a team that offers outstanding support to our learners with SEND and ensure that they succeed and achieve their highest potential.
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can promote a culture of inclusion, high expectations of behaviour, motivation and success through excellent standards of inclusive teaching and learning and wrap around support. In addition, you should be an excellent team player and have a passion for supporting students with Educational Health & Care plans and additional learning needs.
