This is a non-class-based post. The post does have a teaching commitment mainly to support small SEND groups where required.
This is a part-time position of 3 days, 19 hours per week.
This post has come at an exciting time within the development of Washwood Heath Multi-Academy Trust. Gossey Lane Academy is a one-form entry school and now requires an Inclusion Lead who can work with our fantastic children and offer a range of skills to complement our ambitious and highly effective teaching staff. This post will come with a TLR payment.
We are looking for an inspirational Inclusion Lead to further develop and lead inclusion and SEND within the school and help to shape and develop our highly committed team.
The successful candidate will be based at Gossey Lane Academy but employed by the Trust.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore, the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
