Job summary

St Laurence School, Bradford on Avon, is seeking an Inclusion & Intervention Coordinator to supervise our internal provision for students temporarily removed from lessons due to behaviour issues, and to work directly with them to support their learning and reintegration.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to converse effectively with students and adults who may be upset, and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the internal Exclusion, Reset, Relocation and Support to Learn provisions for students temporarily removed from lessons.
• Work directly with students to support their learning and reintegration into lessons.
• Support the Behaviour & Intervention team in implementing inclusive practice across the school.
