Qualifications

  • Experience of working with Young People and adults with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities.
  • Hold a Level 2 qualification in Additional Learning Support or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Additional Learning Support.

Inclusion Facilitator (25/477)

£23,750 per annum

37 hours per week

About the role

The Facilitator is responsible for supporting the coordinator with timetabling Inclusion Practitioners, supporting learners in and out of class, ensuring learners needs are met and appropriate reasonable adjustments are made. The Facilitator requires a high level of organisational skills and involves a number of processes from admissions to progression routes. The Facilitator will be required to follow the learner journey and understand the tracking and progress of all learners. The Inclusion Team work in close collaboration with curriculum staff as well as external professionals. The Facilitator will be involved with contacting each stakeholder in order to arrange support in and out of the class.

About the person

The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Experience of working with SEND
  • Experience of working with Young People and adults with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities.
  • Hold a Level 2 qualification in Additional Learning Support or equivalent.
  • Level 3 recognised qualification in Additional Learning Support or willingness to work towards.
