Inclusion Coordinator Administrator - Pastoral Department

Location: Secondary School, Bolton

Salary: Equivalent to Level 3 Teaching Assistant (L3 TA)

Contract: Full-time, term-time only

Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them to thrive both inside and outside the classroom? We are seeking a dedicated and organised Inclusion Coordinator Administrator to join our pastoral team at a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Bolton.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise confidently and professionally with parents, carers, social care, and external agencies.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with students across all year groups (Y7-Y13).
  • Support the pastoral team with administrative tasks, meetings, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the coordination of interventions and inclusion support.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the pastoral office and provide a welcoming environment for students.
About You
  • Empathetic, approachable, and able to relate well to young people.
  • Organised and proactive, with strong communication and administrative skills.
  • Confident liaising with a range of professionals and agencies.
