Liverpool FC is looking for an Inclusion Coach to join its LFC Foundation team. This role involves developing and delivering community sports inclusion programmes, ensuring that activities are engaging, high quality, and inclusive. The successful candidate will have a passion for diversity and experience in community engagement, making a significant impact on hard-to-reach groups.
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our LFC Foundation team as an Inclusion Coach.
In this role, you will support the development and delivery of community sports inclusion programmes, focusing on coach management and inclusive curriculum development.
To be successful, you must have a minimum of Level 1 coaching qualification or equivalent in two or more sports. Experience in developing inclusive session plans and supporting community programmes is essential. You should have experience working with minority groups to engage them in sport and physical activity. A Level 2 coaching qualification or equivalent in two or more sports is desirable. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
This is a fixed-term, 12-month contract, working 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. The main base will be our Anfield Sports and Community Centre.
