A leading educational support organization in Central Manchester is seeking a Behaviour Support Officer to assist students needing additional emotional and behavioural support. Responsibilities include managing inclusion room behavior, delivering SEMH interventions, and liaising with families. Ideal candidates will have experience in mentoring and strong communication skills. This full-time, term time only role offers £95 to £110 per day, with the possibility of permanent placement.

An Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school is recruiting a Behaviour Support Officer to work with students who require additional emotional and behavioural support. This role is vital in reducing exclusions and supporting reintegration.
Support behaviour/inclusion room management
Deliver 1:1 or small group SEMH interventions
Liaise with families, SLT, and external agencies
Record and monitor behaviour and progress data
Experience in behaviour support or mentoring
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of restorative approaches to behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
