Job summary

St Peter’s RC High School in Manchester is seeking an Inclusion & Haven Coordinator to support students with SEND, EBSA, anxiety and other barriers to education, while providing learning support and helping coordinate the school’s wider inclusion provision.

The role also provides high-quality organisational and administrative support to the SENDCo, Strategic Lead and wider Inclusion Team, contributing to the effective coordination, recording and delivery of SEND provision across the school.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SEND and inclusion provision.
• Ability to coordinate and record SEND provision across the school.
• Commitment to safeguarding and DBS checks.

Job description

The Governors are seeking to appoint an Inclusion & Haven Coordinator to support students with SEND, EBSA, anxiety and other barriers to education, while providing learning support and helping coordinate the school’s wider inclusion provision.

Alongside the Haven provision, the Inclusion and Haven Coordinator will provide high-quality organisational and administrative support to the SENDCo, Strategic Lead and wider Inclusion Team, contributing to the effective coordination, recording and delivery of SEND provision across the school.

Salary / grade range

Grade 5, point 12-19 Pro rata actually salary £23,214.65 – £25,608.48

32 hours per week, 8.30-15.30, term time only + 5 training days

There will be a requirement to work during Opening Evening and Parents Evening.
