The team handles all functions associated with incident and risk management. In addition to this, the Team has overarching responsibility for the Trust's Local Risk Management System (LRMS), Ulysses Safeguard.
The Incidents, Risk and Systems Coordinator is a band 5 role which will support the organisation to effectively manage these key governance functions.
The role is incredibly varied and will see you working under the guidance of the Trust's Governance, Risk and Patient Safety Lead in addition to the Risk Manager. Each day will be different but will involve:
