We are working with a global aviation organisation looking to bring an experienced CSIRT Manager into their organisation.

This role involves a greenfield project, requiring the successful candidate to have experience building and developing functions from scratch.

Key Experience:

• Previous experience in a greenfield environment building a CSIRT function
• Experience working with an external MSSP and the processes involved
• Experience with an Internal SOC is essential
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Understanding business needs and defining processes
• Collaboration with teams such as Threat Intelligence, Detection & Automation

This position offers autonomy, allowing you to own a global project from end-to-end, define team requirements, and build your team as you see fit.

Ideally, you would be in the West London office 3 days a week, but some flexibility is available.

The salary range is approximately £95,000 to £100,000, with a bonus potential of up to 35%.
