A leading insurance provider is seeking a skilled individual to support incident coordination processes. This role includes handling incident notifications, assessing and escalating incidents, and operating emergency systems. Candidates should have relevant knowledge in business areas and IT, alongside strong communication skills. The position offers hybrid working options and a salary of approximately £38,000 per year.
Role Description
In this role you will support the end-to-end Incident Coordination process for AzUK. This includes incident notification, assessment, prioritisation, escalation, response team activation, meeting coordination, recording, reporting, trend and root cause analysis.

Salary Information
Pay: Circa £38,000 per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
