Summary of the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Incident Analyst to join the Corporate Incidents Team at Diligenta.

In this position, you will review and resolve corporate incidents for our client. You will investigate and analyse the root cause and plan actions to rectify issues, independently or with relevant parties.

What you'll be doing
  • Coordinating communication among stakeholders, policyholders, advisors, and external clients; organizing meetings as needed
  • Overseeing incident processes: investigation, analysis, planning, root cause fixing, and remediation
  • Handling regulatory reports and identifying breaches promptly
  • Maintaining and updating system records accurately
  • Analyzing data to assess impact and determine actions
  • Identifying recurring themes and recommending solutions
  • Assisting with Continuous Improvement (CI) changes from request to testing and feedback
  • Staying updated on products, procedures, and systems for effective incident management
What we're looking for
  • Strong knowledge of Life and/or Pensions products, with expertise in at least one area
  • Good working knowledge of BaNCS
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and understand specifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
  • Strong analytical skills and sound decision-making
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
