Incident Account Manager – £45,300 + Bonus | Hybrid | No Calls!

Are you a proactive problem-solver with an analytical mindset? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, this Incident Manager role could be your perfect next move! The role is based near Victoria.

The Role – More Than Just Incident Management!

This is not a call centre role – no inbound or outbound calls! You’ll own incident investigations from start to finish, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption. You will liaise with suppliers, stakeholders, and law enforcement to ensure smooth resolution and compliance with industry regulations.

Joining an award-winning organization operating in over 20 countries, you’ll be part of a company committed to eliminating sex and human trafficking, working closely with police and government bodies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and investigating incidents for retail and B2B clients
  • Liaising with stakeholders and suppliers to find resolutions
  • Challenging suppliers and ensuring they meet SLAs
  • Project planning with clear timelines for customers and suppliers
  • Producing high-quality reports and presentations
  • Working with audit teams and law enforcement when needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in financial services or banking
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
  • Confident stakeholder management and ability to challenge suppliers
  • Ability to project plan with timelines
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills
  • ServiceNow experience (nice to have, but not essential)
