A leading firm in the UK is looking for an ambitious lawyer to join their successful Remuneration & Incentives team. This role offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to work on high-profile cases across various sectors, providing both advisory and transactional support. Ideal candidates should have relevant experience alongside strong drafting and communication skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Our client is seeking an ambitious and technically strong lawyer (1-2 years’ PQE) to join their top-tier Remuneration & Incentives team, which sits within their Employment department and works closely with Corporate and Tax on a wide range of matters.
The team advises on the full spectrum of incentives and reward matters, including equity and cash bonus structures, executive compensation, governance, and the lifecycle of employee arrangements. They act for both employers and senior executives - often in high-profile, cross-border, and transactional contexts - and operate across sectors such as technology, life sciences, private equity, and entertainment.
This is a rare opportunity to join a collaborative, non-siloed team where lawyers engage in both transactional and advisory work. The role is based in London but supports a broad national and international client base. The team is known for its commercial insight, technical excellence, and strong client relationships.
Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in employment, corporate, or tax with a focus on incentives. A strong academic record, excellent drafting and communication skills, and a commercial mindset are essential. You’ll need to be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing your own caseload with support from experienced colleagues.
Our client offers a dynamic and supportive environment with significant responsibility and client exposure from day one, along with a commitment to development and career progression.
