Working Hours: Full-time


We are seeking an incentives associate for a Magic Circle law firm to advise on incentive issues arising from M&A, listings, restructuring, insolvency and takeovers.

Responsibilities include:

  1. LTIPS, private equity management incentives, growth shares, remuneration and corporate governance.
