As a Warehouse Operative for Ocado Logistics, you are at the heart of preparing orders for customers. Join our warehouse in Bristol where you'll be working in a state-of-the-art facility preparing orders for customers.

We offer a variety of areas and shift options, allowing you to plan your work-life balance with our core roster. You will receive your work pattern 6 - 13 weeks in advance, giving you plenty of time to plan with family and friends. You will work in both Ambient and Chill areas (-5℃).

Roles available:

• Despatch: Loading totes into frames and into delivery vans; sorting totes returning to site. This role involves physical activity and lifting heavy totes.
• Pick: Picking and packing customer orders into shopping totes, with robotic assistance.
• Inbound: Receiving goods from suppliers and organizing them into totes for processing.
• Freezer: Picking and packing frozen items in a large freezer at temperatures up to -25℃; full gear provided.

Shift Times:

• Nights Pick/Freezer: 20:00 - 06:00 (4 nights)
• Days Despatch: 07:00 - 17:00 (4 days)
• Nights Despatch: 21:00 - 07:00 (4 nights)
• Nights Inbound: 19:00 - 05:00 (4 nights)

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting salary from 31st March 2025: £12.45/hour

Night shift premium (10pm - 6am): additional £2.50/hour

Freezer premium: £0.80/hour

Overtime paid at basic rate x 1.25
