Job Description:

At Similarweb, we receive thousands of inbound leads through our free product, many of whom are unaware of the value our marketing intelligence can bring. As an Inbound SDR, you will be the first point of contact for these prospects, demonstrating the value of Similarweb by sharing relevant insights from our data. Your role is crucial in building relationships and setting up meetings for our sales team, directly impacting our sales pipeline. This role offers a great opportunity to start your hi-tech career in a supportive environment, providing real value to companies across various industries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound calls, chats, and contact forms to qualify prospects who could benefit from Similarweb’s solutions
  • Sharing relevant insights and data to showcase how Similarweb can enhance their digital strategies
  • Communicating insights verbally or via email
  • Creating a pipeline of meetings between prospects and sales managers
  • Collaborating with marketing to develop campaigns that demonstrate our insights' value

Ideal candidate:

  • Aspiring to build a successful career in tech sales
  • Fluent in German
  • Strong work ethic and relationship-building skills
  • Previous customer-facing or marketing experience (advantageous)
  • Experience with Salesforce (advantageous)

Additional details:

This is an in-office role requiring presence five days a week at our Old Street office.

Assessment Day (interview) scheduled for the last week of October 2024.
