Job summary

LOCALiQ, part of Newsquest Media Group, is seeking an Inbound Sales Executive in Bournemouth for a part-time role (22.5 hours/week). You will handle inbound enquiries from businesses, explain advertising options and convert leads into customers, with support for training and development.

You will be the first point of contact for advertisers, building rapport and guiding clients through digital and print solutions while aiming to meet sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is beneficial.
• Able to commute to Bournemouth and work 22.5 hours per week.
• Comfortable working toward targets and KPIs with good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and enquiries from businesses looking to advertise.
• Understand customer needs and recommend advertising solutions.
