Job summary

MTrec Limited is seeking a Goods In Specialist for a busy, manufacturing site. You will ensure the smooth flow of materials into the production area and maintain accurate stock records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires valid Counterbalance and Reach FLT licenses, experience in goods handling or warehousing, and the ability to work unsupervised in a time-pressured setting. You will move and organise inventory, verify quantities, liaise with internal teams, and uphold safety and

Qualifications

• Valid and in-date Counterbalance and Reach FLT licenses are essential for this role.
• Experience in goods handling, warehousing or distribution is required.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual handling equipment to move materials.
• Pick, prepare and organise inventory for operational requirements.
• Transport materials between storage locations and work areas.
• Return unused inventory to storage locations.
• Inspect items to verify quality and report discrepancies.
• Verify inventory against system records and liaise with internal teams.
• Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies and stock variances.
• Maintain accuracy in all inventory transactions.
• Ensure loads are secure during receipt, storage and dispatch activities.
• Assist with periodic stock checks and audits.
