About the Job

As one of our Customer Service Advisors, you will be responding to phone calls and online queries via email. This role involves customer communication in written format, so you need to be comfortable using a PC and have good typing and grammar skills.

About You
  • Fluent in German & English – written and spoken.
  • Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Candidates will only be considered after passing a fluency test, which is part of the interview process.
What will you be doing?
  • Responding to emails and answering calls regarding queries and issues.
  • Maintaining high-quality work to ensure fair treatment of customers.
  • Reporting to your Team Manager.
  • Representing the brand well and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicating with customers in German and English, both written.
Hours of work
  • Full-time – Fully Flexible, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 6 pm, 37.5 - 40 hours per week.
