This position is based at our Church Street Site in Sheffield City Centre, and all applicants are required to be within a 1-hour commute of our Sheffield offices.
Training & Grad Bay will be completed on site. Once completed, you may have the option to work on a hybrid model, combining home and site working each week.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will respond to phone calls, online queries via email and social media channels. This role involves customer communication in written format, so you need to be comfortable using a PC with good typing and grammar skills.
