Inbound Fluent Italian Speaker – Fully Flexible between Monday-Sunday 7am-8pm

This position is based at our Church Street Site in Sheffield City Centre, and all applicants are required to be within a 1-hour commute of our Sheffield offices.

Training & Grad Bay will be completed on site. Once completed, you may have the option to work on a hybrid model, combining home and site working each week.

About the Job

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will respond to phone calls, online queries via email and social media channels. This role involves customer communication in written format, so you need to be comfortable using a PC with good typing and grammar skills.

We’ll give you:
  • £12.21 Per Hour, Plus a pay progression plan in place.
  • 20 days holiday, increasing with length of service, plus 8 days bank holiday (in lieu if scheduled to work).

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Responding to emails and answering calls regarding online orders.
  • Maintaining high-quality work standards to ensure fair treatment of customers.
  • Reporting to your Team Manager.
  • Referring issues to relevant internal/external departments using correct escalation procedures.
  • Representing the brand well and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicating in Italian & English with customers in written form.
Hours of Work
  • Full-time, flexible between Monday – Sunday, 7AM-8PM.

Contract: Permanent
