We are looking for a team of Customer Service Specialists to join our Student Loans campaign, where you will be receiving inbound calls to support students in making a loan application for university. You will assist students and family members with payments, eligibility, funding, and other aspects related to their loan applications.

Start Date: Ongoing (exact start date will be confirmed once full background checks are complete)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Work Schedule: Shifts between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work

Salary: £12.21 from 1st April 2025

Your shifts will be scheduled around business requirements within the hours of 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.

What does an average day look like?

A typical day involves working up to 9 hours (including a 1-hour unpaid break and lunch) in a lively contact centre environment.

You will interact with a variety of customers, addressing different needs such as providing updates or additional information.

You will be working in a fast-paced, busy contact centre, handling multiple calls daily due to high call volume.
