Job summary

NWF Fuels is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for our Yeovil office. This fast-paced, high-performing role focuses on resolving customer queries, supporting the sales team by converting quotes to orders, and handling payments during the busy winter peak.

NWF Fuelsare recruiting Customer Service Advisor to join our well-established, high performing, fast paced team, based out of our Yeovil office, initially on a 6 month fixed term contract to support our busy winter peak. Our customers are at the centre of our business and providing the best possible service is paramount. The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for handling queries through to resolution in a timely manner and supporting the sales function through converting previous quotations into orders.

Day to Day

• Managing inbound customer queries from first contact through to completion, communicating with internal departments to resolve any issues quickly and to the customers satisfaction
• Supporting the sales team by converting previous quotes to completed orders, order processing and managing payments.
• Dealing with a high volume of customer calls over the peak winter period.
• Recording all data accurately into our systems keeping customer records up todate.

• Previous experience in a customer focused role - telephone based would be advantageous

• Confident negotiation skills when working with customers to convert quotes into orders
