Express Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading Manufacturing business who are looking to recruit an Inbound Customer Executive to support the expansion of their Leicester-based team. This role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment and take responsibility for following up enquiries, dealing with customer queries, and managing relationships with current clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced customer service environment.
