The role:

  1. To achieve personal sales and performance targets
  2. Up-sell and identify sales opportunities
  3. Manage new and existing customers
  4. Record all relevant data on their CRM system
  5. Manage sensitive data
  6. Must be flexible
  7. Excellent telephone manner

Experience:
  1. Previous experience in sales and used to targets/KPIs
  2. Able to work under pressure
  3. Must be able to plan and organise
  4. IT literate with good numerical skills

Working hours:
You will be working 37.5 hours per week on a rolling shift pattern set 6 weeks in advance. This will include 1 week in every 4 to 6 weeks from 12pm-8pm, and 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday per month.
