We are looking for an experienced customer services person who can work as an Inbound Call Coordinator within a busy call centre in Daventry on a full-time basis on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. You will work 8PM-7AM, and they are open 7 days a week, so you MUST be able to work weekends.
You will be taking calls from social services, police, and other official bodies, expected to handle the call, book appropriate adults to attend interviews, and manage a diary.
There will be use of computers, lots of inbound calls, and it’s a very fast-paced working environment within a smaller team.
To be considered you MUST be local to Daventry, reliable enough to work the shift and the pattern, have excellent communication skills, good personal organisation, and be willing to see problems without competition.
