Job summary

Domino’s stores are operated by independent franchisees, therefore terms and conditions of employment vary by location. Domino’s is hiring an Instore Team Member to join a friendly, fast-paced store environment where you’ll learn all aspects of store operations and deliver great customer service.

You’ll prepare pizzas, take orders, handle payments and ensure high standards of hygiene and service. Training is provided, with opportunities for progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training and induction provided.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy periods.
• Good communication skills and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

The Role:

As an Instore Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our store, making delicious pizzas and ensuring every customer leaves happy. You’ll work as part of a friendly, fast-paced team, learning new skills and supporting all aspects of store operations.

Role Requirements:

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges) and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
