Job summary

eXPD8 is recruiting a Retail Merchandiser in the Church Langley, Harlow area. You will visit stores on a regular schedule to set up and maintain product displays, following planograms and client guidelines.

The role involves independent work with regular reporting and collaboration with store staff. You should have a full UK driving licence, merchandising or retail experience, and strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and following instructions.
• Good communication abilities in store interactions.
• Ability to report via smartphone/tablet apps.
• Understanding of health and safety basics.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores on schedule to set up and maintain product displays.
• Follow planograms and client guidelines for each visit.
• Ensure displays are safe, compliant, and well-presented.
• Take photos and write brief reports after each visit.
• Inform Team Leader of issues like missing stock or access problems.
• Build positive relationships with store staff and represent the company professionally.
• Keep up with required training or certifications and complete visits on time.
