Qualifications

• Experience in customer facing environment is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a positive customer-focused attitude.
• Good understanding of IT systems and basic software.
• Flexible towards working hours and duties.

• Serve customers on the trade counter and in store in a friendly, professional manner.
• Complete required training to confidently select products and promote the brand.
• Keep the store well-presented and clean at all times.
• Follow stock procedures, receive deliveries and keep shelves full.
