Job summary

Sainsbury's Digital, Tech and Data is seeking store colleagues in Swindon to deliver friendly, efficient service during peak festive periods and beyond. You’ll help customers, stock shelves, assist online orders, and use digital tools to improve shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

Putting customers first and making them feel valued through friendly and helpful service.
Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling products.
Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience.
Helping organise and move stock, keeping shelves tidy and well-presented, and manoeuvring heavy loads to the correct store location.
Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions to confidently make recommendations to customers.
