About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing to keep the environment clean
• Supervising teams and delivering high-quality cleaning services in a retail environment
• Recruiting, training, and planning rotas for the cleaning team
• Completing timesheets for accurate payroll
• Monitoring and managing health & safety for all staff on site

Flexibility with working hours is required to meet business needs. You will need to have experience as a team manager in a fast-paced retail setting, with a background in cleaning.
