Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking an In-Store Cleaning Manager at Sainsbury's Salisbury to lead the cleaning team and ensure high-quality service. You will supervise staff and also perform some cleaning tasks, driving efficiency and standards in a busy retail environment.

You will recruit and train the team, plan rotas, monitor timesheets for correct pay, and maintain Health & Safety as the top priority. Flexibility with working hours is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experienced team manager who enjoys working in fast-paced retail environments.
• In previous roles you'll have managed cleaning teams, stock management and time recording.
• Experience with employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the cleaning team delivering high-quality service to the store.

Overtime Rate:will be confirmed during interview

Hours: 35 hours over 5 days

Sunday - Day off

Monday - 05:00 to 12:00

Tuesday - 05:00 to 12:00

Wednesday - 05:00 to 14:30

Thursday - 05:00 to 12:00

Friday - 05:00 to 12:00

Saturday - Day off

We're looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager.

You'll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury's store, but you'll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.

About the Job

You'll support with recruiting and training your Cleaning team, planning their rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets so that they get paid correctly.

You will need to have a degree of flexibility with working times required to meet business needs.
