About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated In-Store Cleaning Manager to oversee and maintain cleanliness standards within our retail environment. Your responsibilities will include supervising the cleaning team, recruiting and training staff, planning rotas, and ensuring accurate timesheet management.

You will be actively involved in delivering high-quality cleaning services to Sainsbury's store, which involves some hands-on cleaning tasks. Flexibility with working hours is necessary to meet business needs.

Health & Safety is our top priority. You will monitor and manage safety protocols on-site, supported by provided equipment and training.

Ideal candidates will be experienced team managers with a background in cleaning, familiar with stock management, time recording, and employee relations such as investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
