Location: Sainsbury's Falmouth

Job Title: In Store Cleaning Manager

Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour

Overtime Rate: will be confirmed during interview

Hours: 24 hours over 6 days

Sunday - Day off

Monday - 06:00 to 10:00

Tuesday - 06:00 to 10:00

Wednesday - 06:00 to 10:00

Thursday - 06:00 to 10:00

Friday - 06:00 to 10:00

Saturday - 06:00 to 10:00

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Cleaning team to deliver a high-quality cleaning service in a retail environment, while carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.
• Recruit and train the Cleaning team, plan rotas and work patterns, and complete timesheets so staff are paid correctly.
• Maintain flexibility with working times to meet business needs.
• Monitor and manage Health & Safety on site, providing equipment and support as needed.
• Ensure stock management and time recording are handled in previous roles; handle employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries and performance management as required.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experienced team manager with a background in cleaning, and experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong focus on Health & Safety and the ability to lead a team effectively.
