Arcus is recruiting a part-time In Store Cleaner for Sainsbury's Northallerton store on a fixed-term basis until November 2027. The role is 18 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.71, offering early morning to evening shifts, 7 days a week, with overtime opportunities.

Immediate start available in a customer-focused environment. Applicants should have an eye for detail and cleanliness, a positive attitude to cleaning and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied.

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery
• Carrying out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping and sweeping to keep stores clean
• In-store cleaning of toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or oven canopies
• Occasional outside work to keep trolley bays clean and debris-free
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied
