Duties and responsibilities for the In-Room Dining Waiter/ess role:

• Take and process room service orders accurately, noting and fulfilling guest preferences and requests.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of presentation and etiquette.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Follow departmental standard operating procedures to uphold service quality.
• Comply with food safety and health regulations.
