Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for an In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our team.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable guest experiences? We are looking for a dedicated In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge.

What you will do:

  • Lead and support the In-Room Dining team to ensure seamless and exceptional in-room dining experiences.

  • Train and develop team members to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.

  • Handle guest requests, special orders, and complaints with professionalism and care.

  • Maintain high-quality service standards, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.

  • Oversee daily operations, including order accuracy, service efficiency, and equipment maintenance.

  • What you bring:

  • A passion for hospitality, with a strong focus on delivering personalised guest experiences.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a team.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high service and presentation standards.

  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Previous experience in Room Service or Food & Beverage operations within a luxury hotel is preferred.
