Responsibilities

1. Ensure the smooth running of all shifts in line with company standards.
2. Create and maintain a team environment to achieve and exceed guest expectations.
3. Work closely with the Events Operations & In Room Dining Manager to run the In Room Dining department and ensure service standards are met.
4. Take orders and deliver In Room Dining services, including managing amenities and mini bars.
5. Guarantee the highest standard of service and product delivery by anticipating guest needs with personalized service.
6. Manage and deliver effective training and development for the team, including spot checks and guidance.
7. Deputize in the absence of a manager and be responsible for opening and closing the department.
8. Complete personal objectives and responsibilities, and perform additional tasks as reasonably required.
