Job Description

We are seeking an In-plant Ink Room Manager to work at our customer's site. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for various functions, including making ink. As an Inplant Ink Room Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Performing technical service, matching, ink production, and dispensing ink
2. Manufacturing batches of ink under 100 lbs.
3. Performing Quality Control tests on onsite-manufactured batches
4. Managing inventory and conducting monthly consignment counts
5. Maintaining excellent relationships with the customer through superior service

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

• Have a High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Be able to match colors effectively and pass a vision test
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Have 2 to 5 years of industry-related experience
• Communicate effectively with peers and customers
• Have excellent written and reading comprehension skills, along with math skills
• Be proficient with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
• Have good organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Additional experience in lab work, ink in-plant, warehouse, SAP knowledge, customer service, or previous experience in the ink industry will be considered a plus.
