Job summary

Alice Palmer & Co. is seeking an in-house Photographer & Content Creator for a 4-day-per-week role in London. You will plan, shoot, and produce product photography and lifestyle video content that highlights our products in their best light.

The role focuses on creating engaging social media content, staying ahead of trends, and collaborating on content calendars to grow our online presence. Start date is September 2026, with a salary around £28k (to be confirmed).

Responsibilities

• Plan and shoot high quality product photography for website and social media content.
• Create engaging video content for social media (Reels, TikTok etc.), from concept through to final edit.
• Manage the full production process: shot lists, styling, lighting, shooting, and editing.
• Edit and retouch photos and video to a professional, brand consistent standard.
• Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and platform best practices, adapting content strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with the team on content calendars and campaign concepts.
• Help grow and maintain our social media presence with a strong understanding of what drives engagement.
• Manage and organise our storage of photo/video assets.
