Job description

Newly established role

In-house Tax Manager for large Global Group covering a broad range of areas, including controversy management, tax strategy, transfer pricing, and tax compliance, with a particular focus on the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the wider tax team in advising on all international tax impacts and considerations associated with business operations.
  • Execute tax planning strategies and support global cash repatriations.
  • Manage tax reporting and compliance process for several European countries (including the U.K.), including managing the relationship with tax authorities in these countries.
  • Monitor international tax developments, including Pillar 2. Maintain necessary intercompany agreements and transfer pricing documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience of managing complex corporate tax matters within global organizations or accounting firms (Big 4 or Top 10).
  • Commercial sense as well as the ability to communicate clearly and work across a variety of functions.

On offer is a great salary and benefits package and approx. 2 days a week in the offices in Manchester / Salford Quays.
