Client

An innovative early-stagebiotech company with exceptional potential for growth and market impact

Role

  • Working across a range of commercial activities to provide legaladvice across stakeholder groups on business decisions,ensuring compliance andrisk management
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating international commercial contracts
  • Advising colleagues on operational matters including regulatory compliance, IP and data protection
  • Assisting with development of internal policy/procedures, guidance and training

You

  • 2 PQE+, UK or US qualified lawyer
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation
  • Robust approach to compliance
  • Proactive, adaptable and eager to keep abreast of relevant legal developments and regulation changes
