In House Solicitor £40k to £80k pa Full time Monday to Friday

We are a property management company seeking a qualified solicitor with experience in litigation and conveyancing/property to join our team. This role can be full-time or part-time.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing pre-action correspondence, notes of advice, and settlement agreements
  • Drafting statements of the case, applications, witness statements, draft orders, and hearing bundles
  • Conducting legal research
  • Managing your caseload and supporting senior team members with high-value disputes
  • Delegating, communicating, and training junior staff
  • Communicating professionally with clients, opponents, courts, and third parties

Skills and qualifications include:

  • A law degree or equivalent experience; SRA Registered
  • Preferably in-house experience
  • Recent experience as a solicitor in property or litigation (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience working with housing or property institutions (desirable but not essential)
  • IT literacy with Word, Excel, and Internet
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Organizational skills and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Job details:
