You have taken the Pensions Administrator route to your current level where you now possess a very strong technical knowledge, and desire to progress more in this area whilst also dealing with complex pensions administration work.
Your exciting next career move or jump will be to assist the Technical Services team providing support to a wide variety of projects with a particular focus on technical pensions issues within these projects, as well as assisting with complex member casework, complaints handling and supporting the core Member Services’ teams.

There may also be other ad hoc tasks you are called upon to undertake, so plenty of variety and opportunity to enhance your already strong administration and technical skills in pensions. You will be someone who enjoys communicating and interacting at all levels within the organisation, is very organised, focused, numerical, analytical and can problem solve. You will have up to date pensions/employer legislation knowledge including HMRC rules and regulations.
