Contract: 6 months

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in London office)

Rate: £540/day (Inside IR35)

I'm partnering with a global tech client who is looking for an experienced In-House Recruiter to join their London team on a 6-month contract working across all NON-Tech roles.

This role is focused on hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Analytics, and HR, and requires someone who's confident partnering with senior stakeholders and driving end-to-end recruitment strategy.

  • A recruiter who's worked in large global tech companies and also understands the pace and agility required in tech start-ups
  • Strong full-cycle recruitment experience across non-tech roles
  • Comfortable advising and influencing senior stakeholders and leadership teams
  • A strategic mindset, someone who builds hiring plans, not just fills jobs
  • Experience working on 15-20 requisitions at any one time
