Oculus Legal Group is seeking a qualified solicitor with hands-on risk and compliance experience to join its growing professional services team in Greater London. You’ll provide commercially focused legal advice across internal regulatory matters and strategic projects, working closely with senior leadership.

You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, support data protection initiatives, monitor regulatory changes, and deliver training to promote best practices across the organisation.

Competenze

• Qualified solicitor with practical risk and compliance experience.
• Experience in law firms, financial services, or regulatory bodies preferred.
• Strong commercial judgement and drafting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and prioritisation.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll provide commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of internal legal, regulatory and operational matters, with exposure to strategic projects and emerging business areas.
